Explore and master a forgotten ecosystem of sentient programs, built inside of a futuristic next-gen computer from the 1980s. Textula is a snappy 2D challenge platformer metroidvania featuring light environmental puzzles, exploration, lore, and unique movement abilities and commands to find, all presented in a purely text-based art style with lots and lots of handcrafted ascii animations. Made for the Metroidvania Month 30 game jam.
